I was easily able to have an appointment with Shelley, Dr. Jenkins’ NP. I was totally satisfied with the appointment.
I had a verger visited with the Nurse Practitioner on the phone and she was very helpful
I was totally impressed with the expertise, professionalism, and friendly attitude of both Dr. Rabito and NP Shelly Maillho.
The staff is efficient however it is not always okay to have automated choices. I needed to make an appt to get med refill and I couldn’t ever talk to anyone. The system was not allowing me to make my own. I think a choice should be to leave a VM for a person to call back when it’s an urgent need.
Everyone is professional and help me to make my visit smooth or my phone call quickly taking care of. I am very happy with this medical group.

Everything about the office is great! Dr Rabito spends time with you and doesn’t rush you out. The staff is very friendly accommodating.

NP Maillho was very knowledgeable & made me feel very comfortable. I was referred to another provider/facility & got an appointment within 24 hours.
