Everyone was fantastic and super nice. Dr. Jenkins was very personable and direct. We talked, he listened then said this is how we'll proceed. Wait was a bit long but overall a good experience.

This was a different experience for me. I had some issues but Dr Jenkins handled things very well. The only complaint I have is with the anesthesia nurse who I felt treated me like we were at wrestle mania. Her name is Amy Koons. The surgical nurse told her I had problems from neck surgery that prevented me from opening my mouth to full capacity. The surgical nurse suggested a smaller device to keep my mouth open. Instead of taking the suggestion, Amy was determined to put this too large device in my mouth. The pain was excruciating & a week later I’m still having pain from it. She basically just stuffed it in my mouth even though it was too large. I will never go back as long as she is there. Other than Amy Koons, it was a very nice place.
Dr Ranney is just as sweet as he can be. He’s very knowledgeable and addresses your concerns. He makes suggestions as to what he feels needs to be done, but lets you decide as the patient how to proceed. I highly recommend him!! His staff is very friendly and professional.
Dr. Rabito, explained thoroughly why I'm having some issues. He recommends, I use Lactaid not whole milk!

Dr. Brousse is extremely kind and patient. What I loved is he doesn’t act dismissive or inconvenienced. I feel heard.
Dr. Dugan actually sits there and listens to you. She doesn't just rush in and out in 5 minutes. She also uses every avenue she can to help before discussing surgery.

Dr Rabito is new to me…I had an EGD, dilation and pyloric Botox. I have seen him twice and he is very attentive, caring, patient and knowledgeable in his field. I wish I had changed to him long ago. He has taken an interest in my condition and has referred me to a surgeon. Dr Rabito does, however, want me to return to see him after surgical consultation. I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing a gastroenterologist. He is awesome!!!
